I had to order a Black and Decker Food Processor - FX800 from timtara.com but It turns out to be a nightmare as they promised to deliver in 8-10 days but nothing happened in 1 month either. The worst part was customer care of Timara never ever respond to email and all phone numbers were either wrong or no one picking up, A clear fishy deal it seems.
In an Online complaint, I found people were talking about Akosha and I thought I can give it a try with this. What I'm surprised with Akosha is that they are very professional and very proactive, in fact they are more proactive than me about my order :). A regular update on what's happening keep me delighted and hopeful. I guess once Akosha tried the process within 1 month, timtara delivered the product.
So all and all It was a good experience with akosha. They work like the true start up mode. In a way they are doing great in customer complaints resolution with various fishy or not so professional organizations. Their team members have been very polite and supportive in all communications.
I wish no one need to face any issue but still if you are facing, I guess akosha can definitely help in that case.
I'm definitely pleased to see your services, I wish you guys did great in terms of raising Akosha to a new level.
Complaint DescriptionHi, this is to inform you that myself,ashish gupta placed an order on 30-04-2012 for a product named, Black and Decker Food Processor - FX800 of amount, Rs.6045.00 Order Id: 10244940 ,and the payment mode was credit card to timtara.Com the above mentioned product was said to be delivered within 10-15 working days,but til now I haven't received the product after waiting for almost over 1 month. Its very unfortunate that whenever I call on the customer care number I.E. 033 033-40166500 or 9212563227 or 9212563229 most of the time there is no response and if by mistake any one receives the call they only make false commitments that your product would be delivered this week.I need the product urgently as its summer time and one needs the refigrator but till now there is no trace of the product and the only status that has been provided to me so far is that it would be delivered to you soon and request me to to wait till then. I would be grateful to you if you could help me either to get the product or ask them to refund the amount.
