Complaint against Rediff Shopping resolved!
I ordered a birthday gift for my friend on 10th april and it was supposed to be delivered on the 11th April same day but it didn't happen.
While surfing on internet for consumer complaints, I came to know about Akosha and filed complaint against Rediff Shopping. The experience with Akosha representatives was really good, helpful in delivering my product in basic plan as well.
The product was delivered after two days of filing the complaint with Akosha.
I told in my college friends to approach to Akosha if they have any problem with such companies.
Complaint Description
Sir, I have a ordered a Poorva Heart Shaped Red and Green Diamond Set from Rediff shopping.com . But it was supposed to be delivered on 10-4-2012. But the status is still awaiting dispatch. I tried calling to the dealers (contact number sent by rediff shopping to gmail) But both the numbers are not working. Rediff customer care is not helpful at all.. I feel Rediff is just cheating people.. I cant reach anyone either on rediff or the dealers. They are not even replying to emails. Please help.
