While recharging my mobile due to some problem in the PAYTM server money was deducted from my SBI account but I didn’t get any recharge neither was the money refunded to my PAYTM BALANCE. When I registered a complaint there was no reply from PAYTM CUSTOMER CARE.
AKOSHA representatives are really friendly and helpful. They keep me updated regularly trough my e- mail id.
While registering I was not expecting a response like this. I thought I was just one fake site but Thanks ASHOKA for acting so quickly on my complaint.
