I was trying to recharge my Tata Docomo no. through Paytm for Rs.699.The recharge was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted from my Bank account. It was mentioned in the Paytm website that this amount can be later used for any recharge through Paytm or can be transferred to my bank account. Reading this, I tried to recharge my no again using this amount, but again the same story happened and again the amount was deducted from my bank account. As the customer care of Paytm mentioned, the link through which we can transfer the amount to my bank account was not available in their website and there was no customer care number to contact them. So I emailed them with the screenshots. I got 2 mails from them telling that they have received my complaint and since they are overloaded with the work, they will look into the matter soon.

While searching for some consumer forums, I noticed Akosha and their service.First I thought it's fake, then I read the testimonials given by many people. So I registered a complaint with them. Though I was not sure about their help, I registered the complaint. But I should say that they really helped me to get my money back. Though I didnt get any calls from them, they had sent me follow up mails. Paytm refunded my whole recharge amount and they transfered the amount to my bank account. I will surely recommend Akosha to my friend's who are facing problems like this.
