Complaint DescriptionDear Sir/Madam! I knocked on all the doors. This is my last and final hope because I trust your procedure. This is a complaint regarding my Nokia c5 03. I purchased this phone on 13-Dec-2011 from Nokia Priority dealer in Jaynagar 4th Block Bangalore. From the first week itself, I found it faulty ? phone gets automatically restarted and hanged. I was advised to go to Nokia Care in Jaynagar and they took my phone for repair on 10-Jan-2012. Job ID# 499465550/120110/12 for 12 days. Later after 12 days they said problem was with touch pad which is replaced and now it is working fine. But problem never resolved. Again I went to Nokia Care on 04-Feb-2012 and gave phone for repair. Job ID# 499465550/120204/43. I was told it is software issue and now problem is fine. Phone worked for 3 days and but again same problem. I called up Nokia care manager Mr. Sunil cell# 09343330303 but he didn?t pick up the call. Upon sms?ing he asked me to give the phone again for repair. I did it last time and they said they will send to Delhi for L3 support. Job ID# 499465550/120216/23. Phone came back after 8 days from Delhi, it worked for 4 days and same problem popped again. In nut shell, I?m quite sure I got defective piece but Nokia is not willing to accept and replace. Every time, they were updating the software only and tell like everything is working fine. This is completely cheating. What should I do now? I?ve struggled a lot due to this phone. I trusted in Nokia brand and their services, that was only my fault. They are not even ready to replace the phone. Nokia Care says Manager Mr. Sunil can help in replacing the phone but Mr. Sunil doesn?t pickup the call. I don't want to get to replace the phone, because all such models are facing different manufacturing defects. The situation is very bad for me and I will never buy a Nokia phone ever again. I cannot control my anger, because I suffered a lot due to this phone. Please suggest me, can I get back my money along with damages. Help me please. Following are the details.
