I have a Nokia C-6 phone, one day its speakers went dead and I showed the phone to Nokia customer care they just bluntly told me that it is due to some physical damage and u need to pay 3000 to get it fixed. But there was no damage to the phone..
So I googled for the organisations which can help me resolve this issue and this is how I came to know abt AKOSHA. I logged my complaint against Nokia in two or three different organisations but AKOSHA was the only one which came to my rescue. Team AKOSHA was very cooperative and helpful.they updated me abt the progress of the complaint at the interval of every two or three days.
After the intervention of AKOSHA, Nokia accepted that there was no physical damage to the phone and it had to be repaired free of cost as it was under warranty.
I would recommend AKOSHA to all who face such problems because they are good at what they do and they are very quick....
