I purchased a nokia C5 mobile, after 1 month of purchase date my cell phone showed up some software issue for which i need to submit my phone to Nokia Customer Care. They did solve the software issue of my phone, but during repairing process my phone was opened by the technician and they didn't fix the body of cell properly.
It was showing huge gap between the front & back panels of the phone. This gap was resulting into several further problems like dust on the LCD screen speaker damage and lot more. Every 2 months I need to go to Nokia care and get my phone repaired( under warranty), but they didn't try to fix the gap(it cannot be repaired use to be the statement from them), This process of frequently going to nokia care was very irritating.
Within 5 days Nokia care manager called me and solved the phone issue.
Complaint DescriptionI have submitted my phone for a issue of a headphone, while listening to radio i couldn't hear the voice from ma headphone instead it use to come from the phone speaker even after plugging the headphone. My problem was solved after three visits on top of that they kept my cellphone with them for almost 20-25 days for solving that issue. Now after giving back my cell phone the body of the handset is not properly fixed there is a gap between the body panels allowing dust to go inside the cellphone causing dust particals on the display screen. its too much irritating. when asked them about the new problem arrised they simply said it cant be resolved you have to face it.(wereas this problem was caused by the nokia care people).
