Complaint against Motorola resolved!
I was suffering a lot with my new motorola phone, I ran almost 15times to get my phone back I was highly depressed with the motorola services, then on the internet I came to know about the akosha, I have been using Akosha Services for few months and I am very happy with them.
They are excellent at what they do. Their team is very professional and they get the work done fast. They are easily reachable and reply to email and calls fast. Akosha team played a major roll to get me refurbished handset aoksha team executive have done a great job to get my problem resolved I am continuing to use their services and highly recommend them to anyone!

Complaint Description
I bought a motorola smart phone ( Milestone A853) in bangalore, after 6 months it started giving me problems, I submitted it to motorola serivce center and they gave me receipt no 11185 and told me to contact after 25 days, after 25 days I got a call from customer care that my phone is ready and I can collect it I collected the same but after 2 days I had to submit it again because new problem has been started in the phone, then I got another receipt no 121 and i was asked to come after 15 days, after 15 days I got a call that my phone is ready and I can collect it, I went there and took my phone but after 2-3 days the same problem continues then I had to submit my phone for the 3rd time at the motorola service center, after few days I got a written response from motorola that my phone is ready and I can collect the same I went to service center but that day I found that my phone is not at all working at the service center itself I was told that leave the phone and keep the same receipt no what I had got 3rd time(906) since i did not receive the phone. its been 3months my phone is in service center kindly help me.
