Complaint against Koovs resolved!
a. I’m unhappy with this KOOV’s band because of their delay product delivery and mis leading customer care support.
b. I found Akosha form Google when I’m trying to take legal steps with such type of companies.
c. My Experience was good with Akosha representative’s over all, most good is they communicate over phone as well as through mails regarding problems and its status.
d. In this case I found one phone call and two mails from them.
e. I get that material 27th April 2012. How they solved that matter that they do not inform Me.!
f. If my Relatives, friends shopping/ purchase online, and if they would face same problem, I will definitely recommend them to Ashoka.

Complaint Description
I orderd H2O Plus Oasis Men Precision Shave Hydro Foam 150ml at 10 th april 2012, but meterial till not received. My payment was successful and my order no is 631546. 16th april when I called to CC 1st time, they told me , still not courier, and will courier today only. After few hours , when I calld again, they are saying, I have to send PAN card or Voter ID card scan copy to them. This is 1st time I heard regarding this, as I did and do online shoping from other sites also. Request you please look into this matter.and do the needful.
