Complaint against Indiatimes resolved!
I ordered a Lock n Lock Lunch box from Indiatimes shopping. It had a lunch bag and 3 plastic containers . When the item arrived at my place, it had only the 3 plastic containers and no lunch bag. The set costed me Rs 520. I immediately opened a case and called the Customercare executive of inidatimes to look into it. I called them for more than a month but they were not able to resolve the problem.
Just after two days of registering a complaint against Indiatimes with Akosha, Senior IndiaTimes representative called me and told me that he'll look into the matter. Next day, I got my money back into the credit card
Quick turnaround time, using social media to customer's advantage, regular followup of complaint is the best part about Akosha.
Indiatimes refunded me the money and arranged for reverse pickup of partial item.
I have already recommended Akosha to many of my friends either personally or via twitter.
Complaint Description
I ordered a lock and lock maxi set from indiatimes Shopping on Apr 3, 2012. In the picture, there were three box and one lunch box. However, I received only the boxes and no lunch box with it. I opened a case (Number 184910) with them on 7th April, 2012 and till now there is no resolution. I have called them multiple times, called their operation head but they fail to resolve the case. Everytime they say that the case would be resolved in 24-48 hours. I am calling them every third day and I get the same response. I want the money back or full delivery. I don't want coupons because I won't buy anything from this site again. Giving back coupons is a win-win situation for them.
