Complaint against Indiatimes Shopping resolved!
I purchased a mobile(HTC G1) from Indiatimeshopping but that was a damaged one and i used to call customer care of indiatimes for 2 months and they didn't even response me once, I was totally helpless and used to search in Google to sort out this problem so i came to know about AKOSHA.
I simply filed a complaint against Indiatimes in AKOSHA just after 2 mins their friendly representative called me and asked me the details and updated me about the status regularly.
Whenever i tried to contact AKOSHA they were always there to response me and finally i got my money back from INDIATIMESHOPPING yesterday..I lost my hope to get my money back before contacting AKOSHA but it was awesome and AKOSHA is doing a great job...THANK YOU AKOSHA FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND HELP...
Complaint Description
Hello, I have got one HTC G1 mobile after placing an order in Indiatimes shopping,Just after the delivery i came to know that the speaker is not working and showing a lots of problem while switching off and switching on and also its not charging while connecting through adapter..i got the delivery on 25th of January 2012..and placed complain in next day that's 26th jan...but till now they have no reaction from that day i have been calling them sending mail daily daily..but they are saying to wait and wait....its being one and half month .. Sir/Mam please help me to get my money back thats Rs.7300 /- i have already lost 1000 rupees by calling their customer care...I AM HELPLESS...
