Akosha helped me in getting back my money from hello travel. My friend ritesh told me about akosha.com.
I have purchased a travel package from One Touch Solutions through Hello Travel platfrom and had some problem with the travel agent (One Touch Solutions). Despite several calls and reminders to customer care they didnt respond ,i took help of Akosha and through their help within ten days i got my money back.

Complaint Description
I am shivang mathur from dehradun.On 20 march I received a call from mr aryan from hello travels.Com,his phone no is 9873241869.He told me about the offer in which I had to pay the amount of 5499rs for 4 nights 5 days holiday in shimla.I told him that I want the reservation in only and only honeymoon inn shimla,he said you will get 500% booking.I told him clearly that this resort honeymoon inn is not on the list on your website.Aryan said that not a problem this is not the complete list.I asked sometime to think.Then he again called me on 23 of march and made me talk to his boss or whatever mr rakesh,his phone no is 8130117889.He talked to me in english for the confirmed booking at hotelhoneymoon inn in which I will get two deluxe rooms at peak season of 22nd june to 26th june. He convinced me and I made the payment of 5499 through crredit card,my transaction ID is 15181162.In the credit card payment mode also in the description he said please write booking for honeymoon inn shimla from 22nd june to 26th june. The moment I made the payment he disconnected the line,daily I use to call him on his no 8130117889. For my booking status he said dont worry have faith on me you will get a confirmed booking. When I received my booking voucher there they have cut 2n/3d with a pen and written 4n/5d that clearly showed their intentions.I again called rakesh and got the same answer. I filled the form and sent it alo0ng with the draft of 550rs, I got their signed courier receipt on 2nd of april but was continuously told till today that we have not received your courier. Today I.E on 9th what happened was one executive picked the phone and said you wont get the booking in honeymoon inn youcan take some other hotel.
