Complaint against Bharti Airtel Resolved!
Dear Akosha ,
Its very nice to know in this busy world you are there to help few unfortunate ones who get stuck in the wrong ethics of few companies.
I had a great help from Akosha on Complaint against Bharti Airtel prepaid mobile. The amount involved in my case was too small ( RS 90 for forcefully subscribing to value added service ), for this I contacted Bharti Airtel Customer Care, but had not got any response. Like me and many other common people believed that its not money which matters but you cannot cheat people like this.
I came to know about Akosha through my brother Manasvee Chanchani who had almost lost rs 12000 ( for a high end Camera ) paid to Timtara for fraudulent means via online shopping but with help from AKOSHA he got his order delivered.
After their intervention only i did get the response of numerous emails I send to complain. And eventually after 6 days in I registered with Akosha.com I got my money back. They took the matter very seriously updated me thrice during last 6 days and its so different to talk to the team members as they are well informed and well updated .

Complaint Description
On my phone number 7387126693 I recieved a call from +911409334486 at 9 42 am on 6/7/2012 when executive from AIRTEL started explaining some offer/ scheme in a single breath for 20 seconds, where the only thing i could understand was " I will send you an SMS " and her asking my name . Before i could say anything the call got disconnected and an SMS came saying an amount of rs 90 has been deducted for choosing " AIRTEL TALKIES BADA PACK " . Now after 3 emails to nodalofficer.mumbai@airtel.in & 121@airtel.in they are neither resolving the issue nor replying to the emails.
