Complaint against Bajaj Allianz resolved!

Basically while buying the policy the company representative promised me few things but after buying the policy I was told that I am not eligible for those.


While searching on the Internet I came across this wonderful akosha's site.

Complaint Description

I bought this policy last month, through web sales team. While buying the policy it has been promised me to provide 1: Policy Smart Card 2: 24 hrs Road Side Assistance Package 3: Carnation Free Service Coupons But its been almost a month, since I bought a policy, I haven't received any of the above mentioned things. 2 weeks back I got a call that my smart card has been dispatched via speed post and I will get it in 7 working days, but still I have received nothing. Today when I call customer service, they told me that I am not eligible for the smart card. Also, she gave me the local office number to talk for a smart card and when I called on that number, it went in loop of call forwarding from here to there and lastly it got disconnected. the number is 020-66240100.
