Complaint against Bagittoday resolved! Roma says - It looked like they are more concern about the problem than me.
Have got the reference from Akosha from online when I was looking out for a way to solve my problem. I directly contacted them and posted my concerns online.
After having a chat with them, they understood my problem and tried their level best to solve them.
I have almost lost hope because I was trying and getting in touch with the customer care of Bagittoday as well as Akosha . Akosha help me a lot in terms of the complete coordination with the brand.
They used to update me atleast twice a week. It looked like they are more concern about the problem than me. Thanks a lot to Akosha and the team members who have tried to resolve this problem on mine.

Complaint Description
Hi this is roma das from mumbai. I had received a phone call from book my holiday that is the bag it today a person called nikhil. He basically explained me all that offer which was currently running. He also said that this offer is exclusive for you and would be expiring within 48 hours hence you need to book the package immediately to get this deal. The offer that was been offered by bag it today saying that the offer is for 4 members, valid till 12 months, 30days national and 45 days international booking, this package is for 7n & 8d accommodation in a 3 -5star property around the world. Offer price: rs. 7750 (rs. 7000 to be paid upfront through credit card on ivr or online and rs. 750 to be paid at the time of booking through demand draft). I told them give me two day?s time to think over it as I too need to ask my family etc etc. This was dated 3rd may 2011 the person called nikhil called me again in the morning and said mam today is the last day for this offer and the bookings hence you need to do it today or the offer won?t be available for you. This was on 4th may 2011. Again there was some person called amit from book my holiday (bag it today) has called me saying hi received your number and details from nikhil he told me to get in touch with you with related to the offer. I therefore told him yes I am interested in the offer could I make the payment through credit card by tomorrow. He hence forced me to day it the day itself, but I told him that I am out can?t do the payment now. This is dated 5th may 2011. I had done my payment through a credit card through the link which bag it today has mailed me and done a payment of rs. 7000/- They have given me my details as to my booking package ID and order no. Booking ID ? 777783411 order ID- 1005634865 and post that they said that you will receive the welcome kit soon, I DID receive the welcome kit. I tried calling bag it today several times; no one is willing to response as well. Tried to call their helpline/ Customer services: + 91 120- 6182100 number it get disconnected in 1 min every time whenever I call them. Have mailed them quite a few times no one replies to M mail as well. I spoke to them once and I was just sharing my concerns to the executive that it?s a concern that I need to share and they hung up. I also had the executive mobile which is amit and the nos is +919560015234. I called him and ask him is that amit from bag it today he says he and then later when I tell him that I want to redeem my package and book it, he says that no this is not amit and you have dialed a wrong no. Further I when on net and was surfing about bag it today and I see so many complaints with the same concern and request. There are many friends of my who are experience the same problem, can I get a solution to this. Can someone help me in getting my refund? this is ridiculous... how can someone not take an action with the company.
