Hi Akosha team, 6 month ago in our area road construction was going on. Due to that my Airtel land line cable got cut. I also called the supervisor regarding my problem but he said just to withdraw the connection. When i was calling customer care of Airtel, they said within 48 hours your problem will be solved.
Automatically after two days my complaint got closed (from airtel side), but my problem remained same as it was before. After that i searched how to file complaint against any company, then i got Akosha as a consumer complaint forum.
When i filed my complaint on Akosha.com, i got a call from airtel and after 3 follow ups by team akosha my connection started. Thanks to Akosha for solving my problem. I would like to recommend your service to all of my family members, friends. Thanks again to your team.
