Complaint against 100BestBuy resolved!

Product not received after a month after full payment through on line banking. No response from customer care of 100BestBuy after repeated emails, phone calls.

Akosha team contacted over email to provide all details of purchase after about a week from complain date. Quite satisfactory. They updates me Twice or thrice over email. 

100bestbuy team - started giving information and contacted over phone giving reason for non delivery of the product after Akosha team's intervention. At last they sent the product from Rajasthan. 

I strongly recommend to a customer or rather victim.

My personal view is Akosha Team has work silently on my complain, where I failed to get the work done as I have seen 100bestbuy team was not giving proper information and after phone calls they keep on hanging.
