Vodafone had some tie-up with Matrix company and for many years my bill was getting auto debit from my credit card to matrix. Few months back I came to know that this collaboration was over. Before that I had already paid my vodafone bill to matrix, When I spoke to matrix and vodafone they said they will look into this. I tried many times sent mails to both the companies many times gave them all the documents they required no. of times. Still Vodafone customer care started annoying me by sending messages and cutting the facility of outgoing calls and sending voice messages before connecting incoming calls. This was harassment from their side with no fault of me. Then to solve these problem I paid the amount again which was already paid to them many months back.
