Complaint against Timtara resolved!
I was happy for the response from akosha. the very next day in which i raised my concern. They had good mail support too. But they took more than 5 days to find a solution, still which is understandable.
Thank you helping me out as timtara.com was not ready to refund or ship the product which i ordered 1 month before. I found this site via mouthshut.com reviews.I would recommend this site for further issues like this.

Complaint Description
I ordered product from timtara on 23rd Mar 2012 and still now i didn't receive my item. The status in website shows awaiting shipment. I tried sending mail but still no response. My order id is #10221448. Please help me
