Complaint against Shopclues resolved! in 2 days
I dint received the order i had made online in Shopclues.com and there wasn't any satisfactory answer from Shopclues.com team.
I was just searching on Google about some forum that can help me when i came across Akosha.
Experience with Akosha was fabulous, they called me 3 times to update me he even texted me about the status.
With Akosha's intervention my 15 days problem of non receipt of product got solved in 2 days. Great team!!!
I would recommend to everyone whoever is in similar problem like me. Akosha is a great site and the team is really very efficient.

Complaint Description
i had ordered a JAIPAN STEAM IRON (Model- JPI 9013) from shopclues.com online through netbanking and i havent received the order even after almost 13 days when they had commited delivery in 6 days i had ordered it on 28th April 2012. even the online support team is unable to help me. my order number is 1046431. Pls help me to get it asap. thanks in advance
