Respected Sir,
                   With reference to my order number 3663095, I had ordered a Mobile via Naaptol. com on 20.03.2012. The model of the mobile being Blackberry Storm 9530. I received the mobile after a few days. But when I switched on the mobile it did start but the battery was not getting charged. Hence, I again called up Naaptol and told them about the problem. They said not to worry and their vendor will call me. But in-spite of my repeated requests they did not take any action. A few days ago I received a battery from Naaptol as replacement for the old, but still the problem persisted and I was facing the same problem. So I took the phone and all other accessories to the Blackberry Servicing Center where they told that the battery provided later was fake and the phone's motherboard had crashed and that the mobile was dead. I again called up Naaptol and was told that this time surely their vendor will call me, but till date I haven't received any call from Naaptol or their vendor.

                    Please do kindly help me Sir to get back the amount I have paid to them with interestingly for all the problems I have faced. Please do kindly do the needful. For the very act of kindness, I shall remain grateful to you sir.
