I purchase the 2 yoga mat from homeshop 18 on 25th may 2012 but I received only 1 mat on 28th may 2012. Then I continue follow up with Home Shop 18 customer care but no proper answer received. Then I register the complaint on Akosha and within 4-5 days my issue got resolved.
I came to know about Akosha through goole search.
Everyday Akosha updated me about recent updates.
Its a very good service for consumer complaint.

Complaint DescriptionI ordered 2 nos of quantity Shamrock Yoga Mat 6 Mm - With Cover (order no 912685897) on 25th May 2012 but I received only 1 quantity on 28th May 2012. on same day i.e. on 28th May 2012 I open a ticket with home shop 18 with ticket number 72087261. since then I regularly follow up with customer care but I dont get any update or I will receive the product or not they are not confirming. Every time I call customer care I get the response that you have to wait for next 48 hrs. Its more than 15 days but no response from home shop 18. kindly help
