I was facing problem on my desktop and HCL was not supporting even after having extended warranty. I approached you with little hope but used all your preseure techniques like twitter, legal notice and physical follow up with HCL. Finally HCL agreed to repair my computer as my satisfaction. I am really happy wit the result. I paid Rs 499 through online payment that all and all my worries were taken over by you.
