I learnt about akosha from Economic Times article.

They were cordial and had good at handling distressed customers. They were like white knight on whom you can bank on.

Ultimately one of the senior customer care executive took my case and resolved it, which I think because of Akosha.
f) how you would like to recommend this service to others (if at all).
In India where after sales service is to pathetic and customer grievance redressal is non existant, Akosha can bring hopes.

Complaint DescriptionI am Amit Kumar,policy holder bearing policy no.002324795, Annual premium-100000/- YLY mode, This policy was foreclosed and the last date was 26th January 2012.After that I was supposed to get the available fund value as cheque. As my address was different now I requested the Branch office Sector-18 Noida (U.P) to receive the cheque at the above said branch. The concerned person took all the requisite document and told me that the cheque will be delivered within 10 working days. At first you processed the cheque in the name of AMIT KUMAT which is not the correct name so the cheque is not acceptable by bank. I am surprised from where you got this name or it is the typing mistake at your level.I produced all the letter and premium receipt at the branch which bears the correct name Amit Kumar. I tolerated all this thing, and again gave another request at customer care to issue another cheque. this request was completed on 21st and new cheque was prepared and sent to the branch from where i received on29th February. I deposited this cheque in my bank.Today I came to know that the cheque was returned unpaid by the issuer ,the reason being stop payment. I came to know from customer care that it was done by the accounts people dealing with the request.
