I had a Complaint against Bharti Airtel, I had a recharge of my friend of Rs. 100/-, but he had not got money, I called to Bharti Airtel Customer Care but had not got response from their side.
Then I searched in google, I came to know about Akosha, I filled a complaint on this and Akosha helped me to get my money back in 10-12days.
