BagitToday Complaint "Akosha has a great team. I am sure they will go a long way to curb the ever increasing online frauds by some established companies."
I am an avid reader and was compelled by one of the very appealing offer that Bagittoday sent me for a pack of 10 good books at a price of 600 /-. At first I was confused but later thought they might be clearing the stock. When the order was delivered I was at a shock to find the books in a terrible condition. I complained to the BagitToday Customer Care, called them several times but nothing really happened. Every time they asked me to wait for a couple of days.
I was browsing net and found Akosha. I filed my Complaint against BagitToday with them. I must say Akosha has a great team and played a significant role to get my order replaced in very quick time. Not only this, they kept me updated almost every second day about what was happening.
I would like to congratulate Akosha for their wonderful efforts and gesture and I am sure they will go a long way to curb the ever increasing online frauds by some established companies.

Complaint Description
I had ordered a set of books under an offer and I received the books in a pathetic condition bolts, torn papers, dirty pages etc. I have complaint several times to replace it but everytime the CC says wait for couple of days and it will be replaced. But nothing has happened till date. They have ensured that I dont buy anything from them again. THEY ARE CHEAP CHEATERS!!!!
