It was not responding to me and was not considering my problem.

Very nice. Very nice response. No delay in recieving phone calls. I was able to talk directly with representative on first call, and all they asked for was my problem, not even ID. They cared for my problem like it was their own.

Very often. They updated me on every step they were doing.
e) how the brand resolved your matter;
They finally replaced the faulty product with a new one
f) how you would like to recommend this service to others (if at all).
It is the best and simplest service for 21st century consumer, who buy online, face problem online, and want to solve them online. Apart from this one thing that increased my trust was that when they were fighting my case, there was some problem because of which they had to fight case in foreign country. They simply said "sir we will try our best, but if we are not able to solve your problem, we will refund your money."

Complaint Description
I bought a graphic card of XFX of worth 10500 on 16th june 2010. from the very first day i was facing wierd PC crash. I thought the problem was with some software. Then the problem become more frequent so i searched internet for the reason. I found out that their product was faulty and they accepted it. I asked the retailer to claim the warranty for me. He sent the card to XFX but they returned it saying it is working okay. They dont have any contact number on their website. Their technicians dont respond. During this i suffered great loss. I as working for microsoft and my final work was lost due to pc crash from this graphic card. It cost me a loss of a windows phone that is of around 15000 in market. It aslo wasted a lot of my time in searching for the reason of the problem.
