I had ordered flowers from Ferns and petals for my mothers birthday. But the flowers that were delivered were of the lowest quality. The customer care executives were trying to not helpfulat all, were not helping solve my case.

I had heard about Akosha from my husband, whohad also taken their help to solve a case with HDFC Bank.

Akosha Executiveswere very prompt and prepared. I got a call from them to get additional information. I was very impressed by the questions that they asked me. Then they sent me a very well drafted letter to be sent out to F&P. I knew I was dealing with professionals.
d) how often Akosha kept you updated:
I was updated at every step. Infact, I got a call from them to discuss the best solution to the problem and how togo about dealing with F&P people.
e) how the brand resolved your matter:
People at Akosha communicated directly with the CEO trying to resolve the problem. Also whatever feedback I had given them was sent to the CEO.

Complaint DescriptionI had ordered a bouquet of 20 pink roses (Strawberry Love) from Ferns and Petals, order number 700748505. the flowers that were delivered were of very low quality about which I filed a complaint and asked to send me a fresh bouquet. In response I got a compensatory bouquet of 10 red roses, which was not fair. I asked for my money back. I sent them the snapshots of the flowers sent to me. But I have been getting a mail from them everyday asking me for the snapshot of the bouquet delivered. I called their customer care twice to check if they have got my mail with the snapshot. And both the times the answer was yes. Instead of returning my money they are wasting and whiling time but sending this mail everyday.
