I had problems with my Airtel prepaid mobile
network. Repeated activation of value added services without my
knowledge despite complaining to Airtel Customer Care time
again was very frustrating. Though the amount loss in the course of
incidents was not so high, their irresponsible handling of customers
during complaints made me very unhappy.
Then I got to know about Akosha while browsing Internet and filed my Complaint against Airtel with them. I was totally astonished by their speed of action. The issue was taken up by Akosha and was resolved just in 4 days. Thanks to Akosha.
