Recently I ordered a product from Snapdeal. After receiving my product, I was surprised that I got a wrong product. So I called Snapdeal Customer Care but no reply. They said they would call me within 24-48 hrs. Still got no call from them.
So I googled about my problem to see if others have had the same problem and to my surprise, I found many such complaints. I then came across Akosha, I thought that this would be the same like other sites, but I wanted to see if it works. I filed my Complaint against Snapdeal at Akosha. Surprisingly, my problem got resolved within 12 days. I really appreciate Akosha's way of resolving problem and their service.

Complaint DescriptionRecently I Ordered The Product - "GKI Offensive Rago TableTennis Bat + GKI Fasto TableTennis Bat + 6 GKI Dragon Table Tennis Ball FREE" ......... after i receive my product and check it ....i found that a wrong product was delivered to me something like badminton shuttlecock. So, I called up the cc and they asked me to reverse pickup the wrong product delivered.......i quickly make the reverse picking andgave the AWB to them ...they said they will revert to me within 24-48 hrs.....its 5 days and no reply from them ........ i just want my product asap
